At Limitless Human Co., we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with the original tags (if applicable).
To begin a return, please email us at tara.soesbe@limitlesshumanco.com with your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange unworn and unwashed shirts, subject to inventory availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a full refund at no additional cost.
